In collaboration with the artistic director and music committee, duties may include rehearsal planning, conducting, programming, gig scheduling/logistics, and other creative/artistic decisions for the IPE Concert Band

Leads all design, website, promotion, and PR items for the organization. Leads the marketing committee and delegates tasks to those volunteers. This position is open to two Marketing Co-Chairs depending on interest.

Leads member communication regarding dues and organizational information, plans membership socials, supports check in process at rehearsals. Is responsible for tracking any new members.

Participate in creative decisions and logistical tasks related to IPE ensembles.

Promote IPE through social media, print, and other avenues. Particularly seeking website development skills.

Communicate with members about events, help recruit new members, assist new members.

Help secure donations and sponsorships from the Central Iowa community to fund our ensemble.
